Once you have reviewed our legal advice on the sales contract we will discuss with you what are the issues that you wish us to negotiate with the vendor’s solicitor.
Your Sale
After we receive the purchaser’s comments to the sales contract we will discuss with you our recommendations and reply to the purchaser’s solicitor.
Exchange Contracts
Once all the negotiations are complete and you wish to proceed, we will arrange for you to sign the contract and we will attend to ‘exchange contracts’ i.e. each party gives a copy of their signed contract to the other party and the contract is dated.
